Radivian is intended solely for research and educational use. It must not be used for medical diagnosis or patient treatment.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure any uploaded content is properly anonymized and does not contain personally identifiable information (PHI) or protected data unless they have lawful authority to share it.

3. Intellectual Property

Uploaded materials remain the property of their owners. By uploading, you grant Radivian a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the material for research, educational, platform operation, and improvement purposes.

4. No Warranty

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for clinical use.

5. Limitation of Liability

Radivian and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or misuse of the platform, including any reliance on outputs for clinical decisions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for activities that risk data privacy/security.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
